01

Taking a useful photo

Use even lighting, keep the camera steady, center one skin spot, and avoid shadows, reflections, hair, or heavy zoom.

02

Understanding a result

Results describe visual similarity to reference patterns. They are not disease probabilities, risk scores, or medical diagnoses.

03

Managing your history

Open History to review saved scans. Swipe or use the delete control on a record to remove its locally stored image and data.

Frequently asked questions

Answers for the most common situations.

Does the app diagnose skin cancer?

No. AI Mole Analyzer is an educational visual-comparison and record-keeping tool. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about any new, changing, bleeding, itching, painful, or concerning skin spot, regardless of the app's output.

Why can't the app access my camera or photos?

Open iPhone Settings, find AI Mole Analyzer, and enable the Camera or Photos permission you want to use. You can change these choices at any time.

Are my photos uploaded?

The image-analysis model runs on your iPhone. Your mole photos are not uploaded to AS Project for analysis. Saved history remains local to the app on your device.

How do I remove saved information?

Delete individual records from the History screen. To remove all locally stored app information, delete AI Mole Analyzer from your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use the app without personalized ads?

Core image analysis does not require iOS cross-app tracking permission. Advertising may be contextual when personalization or tracking permission is not available. You can manage tracking in iOS Settings and use the consent choices shown in the app where applicable.

The app is not working as expected. What should I send?

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, the steps that led to the issue, and any error message. A screenshot can help, but remove or obscure all skin photos and personal details before sending it.

Medical safety

When in doubt, speak to a professional.

Do not delay seeking medical advice because of an app result. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
